We're not after a long list. We pick the winemakers we believe in — and then bring in their whole range instead of a single bottle. That way you get to see what a house can really do.
Got a favourite of your own? Bring it along. 39 € corkage per bottle (0.75 l).

About us
Eight tables. One Michelin star. No fuss.
Bricole has just eight tables. Neighbors sit next to guests from New York, Copenhagen or Milan. Everyone gets the same thing: great food, a warm and friendly atmosphere. Music and the lively setting of the cosy place will catch you.
It all started in 2017 as “Bar d’Hors d’oeuvre”, a small bar for good food and good drinks. Since 2022, Bricole has been awarded a Michelin star. Growth is great, but some things need to stay firmly in place: Fabian, our owner and the person behind the concept, and Steven, our head chef, have been with Bricole from day one, bringing passion and precision to everything we do.
Our roots are French. Depending on the season, we work with our favorite ingredients from around the world – combining classic craftsmanship with bold, intense flavors.
There is no need to prepare for a visit to Bricole. There is no dress code other than come as you are. Ask us anything you like. We laugh with you and invite you into our world: good food, good wine, good vibes, and people who are genuinely happy that you are here.
